Chancellor’s Scholarship
This scholarship is named after the venerated office of Chancellor, currently being held by Prof. John Struthers who hails from Scotland. To jump start the Scholarship, Prof. Struthers donated £10,000 (US$12,500) which is dedicated towards assisting academically outstanding but needy students achieve their academic dreams.
So far, there have been two cycles of the Chancellor’s Scholarship released, and seventy (70) needy students have benefited since its inception in 2020. A total of twenty three (23) Chancellor’s Scholarship beneficiaries have graduated so far since the beginning of award of the scholarship in 2020.
